Welcome! I’ve been singing and playing acoustic solo music for audiences in Maryland and the surrounding areas since the late 70’s. Being influenced heavily by the music on the radio in those early days of singer songwriters and pioneers of rock and roll, I enjoy playing a wide variety of music and musical genres that span several decades.
I started playing guitar when I was about twelve years old and I was pretty hooked immediately. I started playing in the bars and restaurants at around eighteen or nineteen when I barely knew how to set up a PA system!
Since then I’ve been lucky enough to have played in tons of places in the area as a solo musician, with other great musicians in duos, and three piece bands all the way up to six piece bands. I have loved and still love playing with other musicians but I’ve always felt most comfortable going back to my roots with just me and my guitar.
